President, Family Office Director

Shayne co-founded Landmark Advantage in 2001 to provide interdisciplinary strategic direction, management oversight and a highly customized approach to preserving and sustaining family wealth and to move away from the conflicts inherent in the sale of proprietary products and services of the traditional wealth advisory industry.

From a background in behavioural sciences, organizational development and communication, Shayne has held a number of consulting positions in a variety of industries including accounting, investment management, pensions and benefits and communication before discovering her entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for serving successful individuals, entrepreneurs and families in business.

Shayne joined the steering committee to bring the Family Firm Institute (FFI) to Ontario in 2006 and became the membership chair of the inaugural FFI Ontario board of directors.

In partnership with The Chang School of Continuous Learning, Ryerson University and the Helderleigh Foundation, she was involved in piloting an interactive learning forum for families of wealth and advisors from across the disciplines that assists family leaders and leading advisors to understand, invest and intentionally guide and nurture their family's human and social capital in order to achieve sustainable multi generational wealth.

Shayne's other passions include teaching and learning, community work, sports and wilderness camping.
